At Dor Designs, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original professional packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
